H.B.A. in Environmental Management {Web Developer}; location = { was_in: ['Hong Kong', 'Shanghai'], currently_in: 'Toronto' };
I fell in love with coding after taking my first course in computer science towards the end of my degree.
I am a highly motivated and efficient individual with solid skills developing with the MERN stack, and
experience in multiple programming languages; who is capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
Understand core concepts in computer science such as but not limited to OOP, recursion, complexity; as well as
development processes such as Test Driven Development (TDD) and Behaviour Driven Development (BDD). I have planned,
managed and developed web applications in a team-based environment and can work well in complex, dynamic, and deadline
driven environments. I have exceptional verbal and written communication skills, fluent in English, Mandarin, and
Cantonese.
Internationally experienced, flexible and adaptive to varying environments both culturally and physically and have
strong attention to details.
Currently actively searching for a position as a Junior Developer.

Full-stack Web Development Diploma.
This practical diploma program provided me with a hands-on learning approach simulating the industry's real-world environment;
which resulted in multiple Web Application projects using a multitude of languages, framework and libraries.

Honours Bachelor of Arts, with a major in Environmental Management.
The 'Systems Theory' approach to this discipline has been hugely beneficial towards my understanding of varying concepts in programming.
I took multiple computer science courses out of interest during my time as an undergrad;
which taught me the fundamental concepts within the discipline using Python.
Oracle (Shanghai, China)
Although my internship position at the company is of marketing nature, the experience gave me an overview of the structure and culture of a multinational corporation. The experience also provided me with the core concept of SaaS.
